The popular Tiki party returns every Saturday this February, with select favorite Tiki dishes from Chef Sarah Pliner and handcrafted classic cocktails from Bar Manager David Ticknor
PORTLAND, Ore (January 29, 2019) – Due to the popularity of Aviary’s first Tiki Night in January, you’ll now be able to dine in the tropics every Saturday this February! Beginning Saturday, February 2, Aviary will be serving its most-popular Tiki-inspired fare—conch ceviche, crab rangoon, and hoisin lamb ribs—with these specials rotating throughout the month. Bar Manager David Ticknor is also mixing up varying Tiki cocktails every weekend that taste like a sunny holiday. For fans of Aviary’s award-winning dishes, most of the menu will still be offered during Tiki nights. So, mark your calendars for Saturdays in February to escape somewhere a little warmer…well, at least from 5pm-10pm.
