It’s filled with a garden of perfectly seasoned and grilled vegetables like bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and portobella mushrooms. Served with a fresh ciabatta roll slathered with aioli and topped off with fresh basil leaves.
Our new ratatouille entrée is bursting with garden-fresh ingredients like eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, and more—seasoned with garlic and balsamic vinegar and served with sprouted brown rice and our three-lentil medley.
It’s gluten-free and vegan but seriously you’ll love it whether you eat meat or not.
