Dolly Olive – Joining the Sesame Collective Family of Restaurants – Coming Late Spring!

May 14, 2022

IT IS ALL COMING TOGETHER…
We’ve been hard at work and are beyond thrilled to share a few updates on our newest project – Dolly Olive! The long wait is almost over and we’ll be opening the doors for a sneak preview of dinner in the coming weeks.
The menu will center around Southern Mediterranean ingredients and flavors, with an emphasis on an in-house bakery program and fresh-made pastas. The beverage program will include fun and interesting wines from the Southern Mediterranean and a cocktail program that’s equal parts serious and playful, featuring hand-cut ice, an extensive amaro collection and the coldest martini in the city.
We are excited to continue the long history of great restaurants on the corner of  SW 12th & Alder and we will be opening for dinner starting early spring, with plans to launch brunch shortly after.
Recipe and menu testing is well underway and we are hard at work putting the finishing touches on the space. We’ll be announcing our opening date in the coming weeks but be sure to check out our website and follow the social media link below for all the most up to date details!
IT’S TIME TO ASSEMBLE THE TEAM!
As we are putting the finishing touches on the menu and the space, we are looking for passionate, professional and fun people to join the collective! We’re hiring servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks & dishwashers.
