Dinner’s on(line) … our rotisserie dinners have joined the internet.

May 6, 2020

As the world turns, so does our rotisserie.

Online ordering for suppertime!

Thank you so much for feasting with us this past week. It sure felt good to spin the rotisserie once again and share a few new dishes alongside some old favorites. We’re moving quickly and figuring things out along the way (isn’t that the way of the world these days?) and have one exciting change in store for this week: online ordering. Visit arrostopdx.com/order to reserve your dinner, select your pick-up time, and pay online. Please do not email your order—dinners are now sold exclusively through the website.

And remember: quantities are limited and everything sold out quickly last week, so reserve your meal today!

ORDER ONLINE
All dinners include an entree, two side dishes, focaccia, and cookies. Available for pick-up only from 4-6pm each day.

Saturday Dinner: Beef Rib Roast with Red Wine-Roasted Shallot Jus, Roasted Garlic + White Beans, Grilled Escarole, Sea Salt + Olive Oil Focaccia, Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Two: $28.

Sunday Dinner: Porchetta + Salsa Verde, Herbed Orzo, Braised Greens, Sea Salt + Olive Oil Focaccia, Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Two: $24.

Monday Dinner: Arrosto! Whole Rotisserie Chicken, Chicken Fat-Fried Potatoes, Arugula Salad, Sea Salt + Olive Oil Focaccia, Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Four: $36.

New Arrivals

Persephone Bakery
Animal Crackers

If the Rocky Mountain fauna weren’t a clear giveaway, these thin, crisp, and oh-so-buttery animal crackers come from the adorable Persephone Bakery in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. While we can’t travel right now, we can still play out Planet Earth dramas during snack time with these new treats. We’re also partial to Persephone’s two granolas on our shelves: cacao nib and quinoa.

Cosman & Webb Maple Syrup

In the Eastern Townships of Southern Quebec, the second generation of Cosmans tends the family sugarbush—a single forest dedicated to producing the finest pure maple syrup. Their Amber Rich syrup is fully Organic and unadulterated, for a smooth and buttery taste with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. Available in a beautiful 250mL bottle or a 1L jug for pancake enthusiasts.

Focaccia Pizzas to personalize

We take our classic focaccia dough and stretch it out extra thin, par-bake it, and top it with a classic red sauce, or sauce and a sprinkling of cheese. You take it and add your own toppings: sliced salami, fresh sausage, seasonal veggies, and—of course—more cheese. It’s a simple takeaway dinner or snack for any night of the week.

Pick-up + Delivery

Our pick-up and delivery service helps to keep our community healthy by significantly limiting the number of people in the store. While it is a lot safer, it is also a bit slower, and our team is working hard to keep up with the growing demand. Thank you for embracing our new service—we’re so happy to keep you well-fed!

Whenever possible, we ask that you please choose our curbside pick-up service to keep home delivery capacity for customers who need it most.

How To Order

  • Based on current demand, all orders are for next-day pick-up or delivery. We offer pick-up and delivery Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesday).
  • Explore our department lists and photos at the bottom of this page to help write your shopping list. We also share shelf tours and product spotlights in our Instagram Story highlights.
  • We are doing our best to keep our regular offerings on the shelves, but please let us know if you are open to substitutions for any out-of-stock products.
  • Email orders@providorefinefoods.com. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order within one day, when we will assign you a pickup or delivery day.
  • Provide a contact phone number where we can reach you for payment details and any questions that we have regarding your order. Please make sure to be available for a call on the day of your order, which may come from an out-of-state area code (we’re all using our cell phones).  We will take payment and quote a pick-up time on that call.
  • If you’d like to tip our staff, please specify a dollar amount when we call to confirm the order. It is much appreciated, but certainly not expected.
  • Whenever possible, please choose our pick-up service to leave delivery slots available for customers who need them the most.

Pick-Up Service

  • Minimum order is $30.
  • Read more details here about what to expect when you pick-up.

Delivery Service

  • Within a 5-mile radius: Minimum order is $50 with a delivery fee of $5. For small orders, we encourage you to utilize our pick-up service whenever possible. Free delivery with orders over $150.
  • Between 5- and 10-mile radius: Minimum order is $100 + delivery fee of $20.
