A Dinner to Benefit Trailkeepers of Oregon
Portland, OR, October 6, 2017– Chef Alexander Sullivan-Parker is hosting a 7-course dinner at Swank Restaurant using only ingredients that are locally procured and wines from the world-renowned Willamette Valley, to raise money and awareness for a wonderful organization, Trailkeepers of Oregon.
We have partnered with Beacon Hill Winery, Briar Rose Creamery, Cascade Organic, Corfini Gourmet, and Gathering Together Farms, to raise money for the rebuilding of the 80-year-old trails in The Gorge, that were damaged by the recent fire. Come join us to raise awareness of how we can all contribute to the insurmountable task at hand.
All of the proceeds are going directly to Trailkeepers of Oregon. When you purchase a ticket to the event, or if you simply donate, all of the funds are going directly to the organization. The purveyors listed above and our wonderful staff are donating 100% of the food and labor for this event.
“The Gorge is my cathedral. It is my place of Zen, and the first thing I fell in love with when I moved to Portland. The Gorge has done so much to benefit my mind and body. This is just one small way I can give back ” Alexander Sullivan-Parker, Executive Chef
Swank is an American, farm-to-table, scratch-made restaurant, located in the Paramount Hotel, in downtown Portland. Serving dishes that complement the bounty of the Pacific North West.
