ABOUT THE DALMORE

For over 150 years, The Dalmore has set the standard in multi cask maturation.  Hand selected casks, from the world’s finest bodegas and wineries are expertly curated to create a sumptuous and layered whisky of legendary finesse.  The Dalmore house style derives from the use of rare casks which have previously held 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso sherry exclusive to The Dalmore. These casks enrich the signature chocolate and orange character of our whisky with rich and nutty flavours.

Please join us in welcoming Educator, Craig Bridger, to the Multnomah Whisk{e}y Library on the evening of Tuesday the 16th. Bridger will provide insight and conversation on each of these delicious pours in the intimate setting of our private Tasting Room. Light bites will be provided by Chef Jason West’s kitchen.  Please reach out to our front desk to assist you in setting up a reservation if you wish to enjoy an additional dram or two following the tasting and lively roundtable discussion.

We look forward to seeing you then!

Sincerely,
Your Friends at the Library
