Crowely Wine Tasting Tuesday/HipCooks Valentines Cheese Board/Raclette Night

February 9, 2019

Crowley Wines Tasting – TUESDAY, February 12th from 5:30 to 7:30

With Valentine’s Day this coming Thursday, we’ve scheduled our weekly wine tasting for Tuesday evening. Evan Roberts of Crowley Wines will be pouring for us this week. Crowley Wines is a small Oregon winery based in Newberg. Producing only 2,500 cases a year makes it possible for them to embrace a hands-on-approach from vineyard work to bottling. Taking the local terroir into consideration, Crowley Wines focuses on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varietals. Both quality and elegance are found in these local gems.

As usual the tasting is complimentary and the wines are discounted Tuesday night only. We hope you can make it down to the shop to pick up a bottle to share with someone special!

Say “I Love You” with a Cheese Board

We recently collaborated with HipCooks sharing techniques on how to build a cheese board. Follow the LINK to check out their blog and the video they made demonstrating how to create a special cheese board to share with someone you love. Come down to the shop and pick out some cheeses to make your own board for Valentine’s Day!

Raclette Night!

Wednesday Evenings 6pm to 8pm
Brrr! It’s cold out there! What better way to warm up than with a plate of hot melty cheese. Raclette Night is Wednesday evenings from 6-8 (or until the cheese runs out) through the spring. It is $7 for a small plate of potatoes, ham, cornichons, mustard, with broiled Raclette cheese. See you there!
