Paolo, a one-man-show these days, is cooking up a storm: trays of meatballs and lasagne, and ready-made pasta sauces, which are proving very popular items for takeout.
He’s now offering classic Florentine crespelle—a great option for vegetarians. These are thin savory crepes rolled with nutmeg-kissed spinach & ricotta filling, topped with béchamel and Tuscan-style tomato sauce, then baked.
