Coming This Weekend From Ripe Cooperative: Patio Seating

June 29, 2021

THIS WEEK WE’RE REALLY OPENING THE PATIO!

As temperatures cool to a mild 90 degrees this weekend, we’re cooling off with the opening of our new shaded street-side patio.

Each week we’ll offer a small menu of dishes inspired by peak-season farmer’s market finds and produce we grow (when available!)

This week’s menu includes:

Soup
chilled cucumber and crème fraiche with Hokkaido scallop crudo

Garden Wedge
little gems, summer herbs, roasted beets from Naomi’s garden, za’atar seeds, buttermilk ranch

Niçoise Salad
tonnato, new potatoes, olives, blistered romano beans, cherry tomatoes, 30-year balsamic

Pressed Focaccia Sandwich
(zucchini or mortadella)
artichoke-pepper relish, mozzarella, basil

Mafaldine Pasta Amatriciana
tomato, pepper, red onion, house pancetta, epic cheese blend

Black Forrest Cake
local brandied cherries, whipped cream, dark chocolate ganache

Plus frozen custard and delicious wines by the glass.

Make plans now to join us Thursday-Saturday 12pm-7pm.

PLUS, STAY STOCKED UP

We’re continuing to churn out low- and no-heat dishes to keep your kitchen cool and your mealtimes delightful, despite the summery weather.

Pre-order our picnic boxes for two with farmers market crudites, savory puff pastry, beet-pickled deviled eggs, new potato salad, olive-oil poached halibut, spring carrot cake, and a bottle of rosé; Cherrywood Smoked Porkchops; done-in-minutes fresh pastas and ready-made sauces; and more.
