It’s that time of year when the tomatoes just keep on coming. As the weather cools off a tad, we’re transforming them into sauce, soups, and more.
This week, stop by the café to enjoy a comforting yet summery plate of Malfadine Amatriciana with garden tomatoes, peppers, red onion, house pancetta and a generous dusting of cheese.
We’re also unveiling a 2021 edition of a BEAST classic – Gazpacho with heirloom tomatoes, and a panzanella with housemade sourdough, yellow watermelon, and basil oil.

Speaking of comfort food, we’re taking a classic, all-time favorite ice cream flavor up a notch. Freshly spun Mint Chocolate Chip frozen custard takes our rich sweet cream base and layers in thin strands of dark chocolate and just the right amount of garden-fresh mint. You’ll never look at the green stuff the same again.
