Oregon Cider Week is a 10-day celebration of craft cider. Although the focus is on local Northwest ciders, here at Pastaworks we want to showcase our favorites from near and far. Join us to taste a wide range of cider styles, including selections from Oregon, Washington, Spain, and France!

LET um EAT Chef Karl Holl has recently returned home from an epic culinary adventure, seeking tradition in Northern Italian cuisine. After 3 weeks of herding and milking sheep in Tuscany, touring cheese caves in Arona and making pasta with nonis (Italian grandmothers) in Rapallo, he is looking forward to sharing the stories of his trip through an Italian-inspired dinner at Pastaworks.
The LET um EAT Takeover Dinner at Pastaworks is $95/person and includes a multi-course dinner with wine pairings. A $25 deposit is paid at time of reservation. Dietary restrictions may be accommodated with advanced notice. Contact email@example.com. Seatings at 6:00 pm & 8:30 pm.
