Cold nights, hot cheese: raclette dinners
Tuck into a traditional Swiss Raclette dinner at NW 22nd every Thursday this December. We’ll crank up the raclette machine at 4:30 pm, and serve the melted Reading Raclette cheese over sliced flat-iron steak, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, and cornichons with an arugula salad on the side. We are also offering some wines by the bottle from this region (Savoie).
Have you seen our famous Bûche de Noël? This classic “Yule log” cake is a roulade of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, decorated with meringue mushrooms.
