With the holidays over and Portland’s wet weather in full force, I wanted to share a little comfort food promo that Quaintrelle is launching to help us all get through the winter blahs. “Chicken and Beer Thursdays” will consist of a succulent roast chicken leg, prepared as only chef Bill Wallender can, plus draft beer for $19. Quantities are limited, and accompanying vegetables will rotate according to availability from the local farms, as is Quaintrelle’s model. Promo starts a week from tomorrow – Thursday, 1/18.
