On this first day of Spring, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that, beginning in April, owner and twice James Beard Award-nominated Scott Dolich will be resuming his role as Chef of Park Kitchen. Outgoing Chef David Sapp will be taking the helm of the newly expanded kitchen and banquet facilities at Ponzi winery. We heartily congratulate him and thank him for his enormous contributions since joining our team as a talented cook five years ago. Also beginning in April, Park Kitchen will be open for regular business Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 5 to 9pm. Sundays and Mondays will be dedicated to private dining and catering events. We could not possibly be more excited at the prospect of Scott’s creativity in the kitchen. Please come visit us soon as we return to our roots.
