Champagne & Poissons at Lac St. Jack
It’s a Champagne party
Join us for a seafood and bubbly filled evening hosted by Louis Roederer and Lac St. Jack in Lake Oswego.
This convivial event marks the release of the latest multi-vintage Champagne from Louis Roederer: Collection 242. To honor this new delicious bubbly, chef Aaron Barnett will present a seafood tower grand aïoli.
Drawing inspiration from Provence, the grand aïoli is a traditional seafood and veg feast served to celebrate the holidays…or in this case, a Wednesday.
The tower will be piled high with shellfish, finned fish, tinned fish, prawns, crudités, decadent aïoli and more goodies from the Lac St. Jack chef team.
These fruits de mer will be paired with a flight of Louis Roederer Champagne, including the new Collection 242 and two vintage offerings: the 2014 Brut Rosé and 2013 Brut.
To make it a true celebration, we’re offering bottle service. Dazzle your table with top-shelf bubbly from Louis Roederer, and retail bottles will be available for pre-order to take home.
Oven & Shaker will celebrate their Lake Oswego grand opening this Friday, September 17.
Similar to the first location in Northwest Portland, the menu features wood-fired pizza, delicious salads, and a vast cocktail list with seating at a large bar, chef counter, soaring dining room and huge outdoor patio.
To start, dinner service will be offered 5 nights a week Wednesday-Sunday. Reservations are not available, but they will have a waitlist.
