We’re opening up our barrel cave for an exclusive, intimate wine dinner.
(Forest Grove, OR) Apolloni Vineyards, an Oregon producer with Italian roots, is hosting a wine dinner at their vineyard, in the barrel cave. With the 2016 reds in bottle, it’s time to celebrate! Dine between rows of barrels of 2017 red wines while savoring the first fresh flavors of spring. Join Alfredo and Laurine Apolloni for this very special dinner. Five perfectly paired courses enjoyed over candlelight.
The barrel cave, which holds 400+ barrels, is one of a handful in the Willamette Valley. It is a completely self-contained geothermal structure and an important part of the Apolloni winemaking and certified LIVE sustainability programs.
Please note the cellar temperature will still be cool (60 degrees F). So please dress warmly.
