The Heathman Restaurant and Bar Celebrates Father’s Day with French FLAIR
PORTLAND, ORE. (June 15, 2015) – The Heathman Restaurant and Bar in downtown Portland has created a Father’s Day Brunch menu that marries traditional Pacific Northwest favorites with French flair. Treat Dad to savory Cote de Boeuf, sweet Fleur de Lis Brioche French Toast, or decadent Heathman Smoked Salmon Hash created by Executive Chef Michael Stanton. Imbibe in the Heathman’s signature Portlandia Mary or the Northwest Grapefruit Negroni. Brunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and reservations are recommended.
