Greetings! Seasons are changing here in Portland, and in the restaurant where our new Spring Tasting Menu is in full bloom! Blessed by the bountiful produce grown right here in the Pacific Northwest, this menu is a true celebration of fresh herbs and vegetables. A few of Chef Justin Woodward’s inspired new dishes include Asparagus, wild licorice and sorrel; Morel, nettle, fern and rice; and Rhubarb, buckwheat and sheep’s milk.
We are also excited to announce, we will now be offering a $55 4-course menu available on Wednesday and Thursday! This elegant feast will include:

Star Chefs! We are proud to announce both Chef Justin and Sommelier Brent Braun have been awarded “Rising Stars of 2018” by Star Chefs! We are positively thrilled for them to receive such honors, and humbled to have them on board here at Castagna.
A tasting gala and ceremony will be held Tuesday April 17th at Castaway, featuring the craftsmanship of Portland’s finest chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, artisans and more!
