Meet Our New Brunch Chef, Olivia Felix
Olivia comes to us from Vitaly Paley’s “Imperial” restaurant where she is finishing a 2-year stint as lead brunch cook. She has also been a lead at The Oregon Golf Club, The Nines Hotel and Raven & Rose. Olivia and Tavern’s executive chef, Nathan Bates, are currently collaborating on a brunch menu we will share with you soon.
