One of Portland’s Most Popular New Restaurants to Launch Specialty Sherry and Paired Bites Menu.
PORTLAND, Ore. (Oct. 29, 2021) – One of Portland’s newest dining destinations, Brasa Haya, a live-fire Spanish restaurant, will celebrate International Sherry Week with five specialty sherry wines and paired tasting options from Tuesday, November 9th – Saturday, November 13th.
International Sherry Week brings together the vibrant worldwide community of Sherry-lovers in a myriad of innovative and inspirational global events. Located in a historic 1906 home in Northeast Portland, Brasa Haya is dedicated to serving thoughtful simple Spanish food and drinks. The Spanish cuisine is driven by chef/owner Ian Muntzert, a chef originally from Oregon, who previously opened Michelin-starred Commonwealth in San Francisco as the chef de cuisine and managing partner.
