Blue Star Donuts Opens Multnomah Village Location with Donut Giveaway!
Blue Star to offer free donuts for the grand opening of new Multnomah Village location on Saturday, January 19th
Portland, Ore. (January 16, 2019) – Portland’s beloved gourmet donut shop is set to open its eighth Oregon location in Multnomah Village, nestled among the businesses in the vibrant and historic Multnomah Village business district. The long-anticipated location will carry the full selection of housemade brioche, buttermilk, and cake donut favorites, as well as special seasonal and Portland-exclusive donut flavors. They will also feature local roasting darling Coava Coffee’s unique “Blue Star Blend” drip coffee and Nitro Cold Brew, as well as hot teas and Nitro Chai from Smith Teamaker.
“We couldn’t be more excited about being a part of this neighborhood,” adds Katie Poppe, CEO and Blue Star co-founder. “We’ve had some delays in construction, yet through it all, the people of Multnomah Village have been so incredibly welcoming, supportive, and patient with us. We can’t wait to contribute to this awesome community!”
To celebrate its newest opening and introduce itself to the neighborhood, Blue Star will give a free donut to guests who visit the shop on Saturday, January 19th. The grand opening giveaway will start at 9am Saturday at 7709 SW Capitol Highway, with one free donut per person until the last Blueberry Bourbon Basil or Valrhona Chocolate Crunch is claimed. The shop will be open for regular hours beginning Sunday the 20th, 7am until 7pm or sold out.
