Bird Box Menu April 10th

April 5, 2021

Le Pigeon Bird Box Menu April 10th

New Bird Box Menu Alert!
Introducing a brand new menu from the Le Pigeon kitchen, available for pickup on April 10th. We are preparing a limited number of Bird Box meal kits for two each week! Order yours and fly over for pick up, Saturday from 12 to 5 p.m.

The menu features: Southwestern Wedge Salad; Chipotle Adobo-Braised Beef Cheek; Cranberry Beans & Rice; Spring Vegetable Escabeche; Tortillas Brushed with Smoked Beef Fat; and a Dulce de Leche Tres Leches Cake for dessert ($85 for two people).

The Bird Boxes will open for ordering beginning this Sunday at noon (available until sold out) for a Saturday, April 10th pickup, between 12 and 5 p.m. at Le Pigeon.

Ben & Andy’s Wine Pairings
Add a bottle (or two) of handpicked wines from our wine team to your Bird Box meal.

Crozes Hermitage (Syrah) — Laurent Combier –’18 Northern Rhône, FR
Laurent’s father Maurice converted the family’s orchards and vineyards to organic farming in the 70’s – at the time his neighbors dubbed him Maurice le Fou (Crazy Maurice) – he was ahead of his time. In 1989 Laurent joined and soon after they left the local cooperative and started making their own wine. This 100% Syrah is fermented and aged in concrete. Bright red berry scented fruit with plenty of crushed black pepper notes, and a touch of violets.

Tramonti Costa d’Amal Rosato — Getis –Reale — ’19 Campania
Grown on hillsides 1700′ feet above the Amal Coast. These vines are old, some ungrafted. Piedirosso and Tintore are the grape here that produces a rosé haunting in it’s complexity. Delicate fruit interlaced with hints of the sea. The refreshing berry notes in this wine will refresh the palate and the subtle herbal dried herbal character will accentuate the flavors of the adobo.

Ordering Opens Sunday At Noon!
