JOE’S BURGERS OPENS FIRST CASUAL DINING BRICK-AND-MORTAR LOCATION AT MURRAYHILL MARKETPLACE
Local favorite organic burger kiosk expands its Oregon footprint
Beaverton, OR (Nov. 15, 2018) – Portland-based Joe’s Burgers, with four locations from Portland to Eugene, will open its first casual dining brick-and-mortar restaurant at Beaverton’s Murrayhill Marketplace. Opening in 2019, the location is 1,461 square feet and features a roll-up garage door that connects the indoor and outdoor seating areas.
Owned by JoPa Hospitality Group, Joe’s Burgers started eight years ago with a university dining hall kiosk and currently operates at Oregon State University, University of Oregon, Portland State University and offers a walk-up location in Tigard, Oregon.
Serving classic fresh-to-order Oregon grass-fed beef burgers, Joe’s Burgers philosophy is “keep it simple.” Packaged in paper and cardboard serving boxes, the small walk-up restaurant’s modest menu and prices have all attributed to the company’s successful expansion since it began in 2010. The new, casual dining concept will stay true to its menu and affordable organic burgers that has attracted a loyal customer base for nearly a decade.
“As each community’s dining and retail needs continues to evolve, our merchandising mix also evolves to appeal to our shoppers,” said Kalin Berger, Senior Leasing Agent at Regency Centers. “We continue to integrate local and national retail and dining options into our merchandising mix and Joe’s Burgers is just the type of locally-grown business that will thrive in our the community.”
