Our first beer dinner of 2019 will be a five course dinner of modern takes on rustic Belgian food, paired with amazing Belgian beers, including the newest addition to the storied Trappist beers. The food will be crafted by Chef Nick Starinshak, and the beer expertise will be provided by Advanced Cicerone George Dimeo.
Price: $100 (gratuity not included)
Course 1: Bernardus Witbier + Duck
Course 2: Straffe Hendrik Tripel + Mussels
Course 3: Kievit Zundert 8 Trappist beer + Elk
Course 4: Verhaeghe Duchesse De Bourgogne + Eel
Course 5: Kasteel Barista Chocolate Quad + Sabayon
If you wish to reserve your seats, simply let us know by Friday January 18 by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After that we will need to get a credit card number from you. The information will only be used as security and would only be charged if you do not attend the dinner. You can get us your information by (1) stopping in at 716 NW 21st and providing it to the server, or (2) giving us your phone number and we will call you to get the credit card information.
Beer is central to this event. Please plan ahead for safe transportation after the dinner. We want to see you at the next one, too.
