June 23, 2015 – Portland, Ore. – Local Francofiles will soon have their day to geek out on all things French as Portland prepares for Bastille Day on Tuesday, July 14th. Chef/owner Kat LeSueur has created a family-style menu in keeping with how the French gather for a meal on the holiday.
Amuse: Gougeres with Tapenade and Anchoillade
First Course: salade nicoise and tomato tart tatin
Second Course: steamed mussels au fenouil with toast and aioli / chicken liver mousse with mustard
Third Course: roasted chicken with gratin dauphinoise and ratatouille
($40/person, 2 person minimum, available 7/14/15 only)
