After closing the restaurant portion of Pix / Bar Vivant (Pix-O-Matics are still open 24/7!) I headed to London to pick up the 9th consecutive award for our celebrated wine list. It was amazing to be back in person for this event and head to the stage to collect another trophy. Going forward, our list will be accessible for future events. Stay tuned!

Ever tasted a real tarantula? Now is your chance! We have an assortment of scary bugs, from spiders to chocolate covered scorpions and tom yum soup flavored crickets, waiting for you in the Pix-O-Matic…if you dare.
And after London, I headed to the Sherry Triangle in southern Spain where I spent another 4 weeks visiting bodegas, running on the beach and eating seafood in the sun with a glass of manzanilla sherry. Speaking of sherry, Sherry Week is back November 7th – 13th. Stay tuned for announcements of the next sherry class and a sherry cheese pairing session. Details to come.
