B.Y.O.B.! – Last chance for live music in 2020.

October 15, 2020

Your Last Live Music Opportunity for 2020!
Starting this week, bands will begin at 5:30 due to cooler temps.
We’re going to keep our musicians playing as long as the skies are dry and the day’s high temps are above 60°. You realize this week is probably your last chance to see live music for months and months, right? Grab a blanket for your shoulders and/or knees and come have some last-chance fun over a wonderful dinner!
Wed (tonight): The Greg Goebel Trio
Thurs: The George Colligan Trio
Fri: The Christopher Brown Quartet
Sat: The Ross Garlow Trio
Sun: “PDX Sidehustle”
Mon: The Machado Mijiga Trio

Patio Plans:
My staff tells me that you are asking about our intentions for seating on the patio over the next many months. The Fire Marshall shot down my initial idea of “dining pods” (like you see at right) just yesterday, explaining (understandably) that the “airlock” entry system might be hard for some to negotiate. I recognize that I should have started this process a month or two ago, but please understand that simple “tents and heaters” require a tradeoff between safety (not just covid but gas fumes) and efficacy. I am currently working with a custom tentmaker on a design I think I can get the fire marshal, my landlord, and my conscience to approve. Stay tuned!
