The newly redecorated space will don a tropical look for the occasion, and all guests are encouraged to do the same! Two-time James Beard nominated Chef Sarah Pliner will prepare dishes especially for the event, showcasing the best of Tiki-inspired fare, including crab rangoon, shrimp toast, Chinese-style lamb ribs, Spam fried rice, foie gras with jicama and bacon and conch salad, to pair alongside select favorites from Aviary’s award-winning menu—shigoku oysters, Japanese eggplant, silken tofu, pan roasted hen of the woods mushroom, crispy pig ear and braised venison shank.
