Chef Sarah Pliner will be shelling out Lobster Rolls and JoJo’s for $20 at Aviary until they run out on the second Wednesday of every month
PORTLAND, Ore (October 3, 2018) – On Wednesday, October 10th, Lobster Rolls are back at Aviary! Chef Sarah Pliner will be serving up Lobster Rolls on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:00 p.m. until they run out, for a can’t miss lobster party! After they were a hit at the Alberta Street Fair, the Northeast native decided to bring these delicious Lobster Rolls on the menu for one night only, once a month. Made with fresh North Atlantic lobster, celery, mayonnaise, chives, tarragon, dill, and lemon zest, these rolls will be served with a side of jojos for $20. They will be available in the bar, dining room, and patio when the weather is nice. Bar Manager David Ticknor will be offering Aviary’s popular Agave Negroni made with Espolon Anejo, Punt e Mes, Campari, garnished with a flamed orange for $10 (normally $12) to pair with this once-a-month special.
