We’re putting together some delicious offerings to feed your folks, however it fits into your schedule! Take-n-bake enchiladas, Bryan’s Bowls and Taco Bars…check it out!
We’ve got two kinds of mole enchiladas available for pre-sale this week, for pickup on Friday 3/12 at our N Mississippi Ave location.
 These puppies pop right into the oven whenever you’re ready to roll – the only challenge will be deciding on your filling!

Pollo con Mole: shredded chicken, carrots and potatoes in a rich mole sauce
(contains peanuts, almonds and sesame seeds)
-or-
Vegetarian con Mole: roasted butternut squash, Anaheim & poblano peppers and black beans in a decadent vegetarian mole
(contains peanuts, almonds and sesame seeds)
You can opt for take-n-bake enchiladas a’la carte, or add on a quart of beans, rice and/or an organic mixed greens PQN salad to make it a complete meal for 4-6 (leftovers keep beautifully too…!).
We’ve also got an assortment of other drinks and add-ons to personalize your enchilada experience. Quantities are limited, get your order in soon!

And of course we have our famous Taco Bars, too!

PQN catering is ready to feed your group of 5+, with easy options for every dietary preference. Orders are available for pick-up and delivery – contact us for more information!

Bryan’s Bowls: individually packed with your choice of meat or veggies, available with or without dairy, these are a great on-the-go or team lunch option…but we know they’ll be a people-pleaser any time and place you choose to serve them.
Taco Bars: for a classic PQN catering experience, pick up a taco bar! Your choice of fillings pair perfectly with handmade corn tortillas, fresh toppings and sides of beans and rice. Pro-tip: add on some chips, guac & salsa to take your order to the next level!

And alcohol, in this case a2097 Comtes Champagne. It does include gratuity. We tasted every dish on the menu Plus many more that they bring out in between courses. Took about 3 1/2 hours to eat
