On Thursday, June 28th, Arden will host a 4-course dinner helmed by Chef Sara Hauman, with dishes paired to Brianne‘s vibrant and playful wines. Selections will include a range of both traditional and non-traditional Willamette Valley varietals, with some wines being released for the first time. The light, bright style of Brianne‘s wines, with elegant acidity and distinct local character, is a perfect compliment to Chef Sara’s cuisine – simple, rustic and thoughtful in its combination of flavors. These talented ladies, along with Sommelier Kelsey Glasser, are excited to host you for a treat of a night with local wine and local ingredients in exciting interplay.
