You will see a lot of raab on our menu this week. You have probably heard of broccoli raab, which is a hardy, slightly bitter, flower from a type of turnip. Other raabs are somewhat of a new crop for farmers, used to describe the flower of most any cabbage family crops. Our friend Katherine Deumling at Cook What You Have has a great description and some amazing recipes, videos, lessons and so much insight. If you have not seen her sight check it out!

Salads are boxed, undressed and should be tossed thoroughly before serving.
To reheat pizzas – place a wire oven rack in upper part of oven, turn oven to 400. Place pizza immediately on a wire rack with a pan underneath to catch any drippings. Heat for a few minutes until cheese is melty.
