Oregon luxury resort hosts an exceptional blend of Northwest food & wine experiences
With newly appointed Executive Chef Christopher Smith – a Seattle native who was named one of Zagat’s “30 under 30” Seattle Chefs redefining the industry – leading the culinary team at JORY, guests will enjoy innovative menus featuring an infusion of Oregon wine country flavors. Chef Smith will be joined this year by his mentor of many years, Chef Bobby Moore, who currently presides over Barking Frog at Willows Lodge in Washington. The award-winning chef has presented his cuisine at the famed James Beard House in NYC and is a recipient of the 2013 Bob Zappatelli Award for Culinary Excellence.

The Cuvée Weekend begins on Friday, February 22 with an exclusive tasting event, the Cuvée Stroll, from 5:00pm – 7:30pm, which will be held at The Allison Inn & Spa. Guests will taste their way through the valley with artisan food and wine purveyors in a luxuriously tranquil atmosphere. Coinciding with The Cuvée Weekend, on Saturday, February 23, the Oregon Chardonnay Celebration will provide wine connoisseurs an educational tasting experience on the evolution of Chardonnay from highly acclaimed Oregon winemakers such as Sokol Blosser, Beckham and Anam Cara. The seminar will be held from 1:00-2:30pm, followed by the Grand Tasting of 50 Oregon Chardonnays from 3:00-5:30pm. Seminar and tasting tickets are $170, Grand Tasting only tickets are $85.
