Acadia Bistro Shows Off Diverse Bourbon Selection for National Bourbon Day, June 14th

June 6, 2017 – Portland, Ore. – For a few brief days in mid-June, NE Fremont will make a mental shift to Bourbon Street as Acadia Bistro shows off its library of 50 bourbons, hand selected by chef/owner Seamus Foran, in honor of National Bourbon Day, Wednesday, June 14th.
For June 14-17th, the restaurant will offer an Old Fashioned of the day, each made with different bourbon, as well as a selection of bourbon flights:
Bourbon Flights ~ three 1oz. pours
Southern Pleasures – $15 Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Maker’s Mark
Finer Things – $25 Basil Hayden, Russell’s Reserve 10 Year, Jefferson’s
Rare Treat – $30 Four Roses Single Barrel, Blanton’s, Booker’s
