A Valentine’s Day Dinner Everyone Will Love

January 21, 2022

LOVE IS IN THE BOX

Starting today we are now accepting pre-orders for our Valentine’s Day meal box for two – a four-course dinner with a bottle of champagne that comes together in just and few easy steps. Popping the champagne may just be the hardest part!

The menu includes:Amuse
Gougeres with gruyere
Foie Gras Bon-Bon with sauternes geleé
Beet & Citrus Salad
with Labneh & Za’atar
Carman Ranch Beef Wellington
with Wild Mushroom Duxelles & Demiglace Cream
Potato & Chard Gratin
Chocolate Mousse Pavé
Pomegranate Dreamsicle Ice Cream
Champagne
NV Marie-Courtin ‘Resonance’ Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs, FR

For an extra hint of luxury, we have the option to add on Caviar with Roasted Shallot Dip and Handcut Potato Chips.

We are also offering a 2020 Pax Syrah from Fenaughty Vineyard in El Dorado, CA, to pair perfectly with the Beef Wellington.

It’s a northern Rhone-style Syrah from a high-altitude vineyard in the Sierra Foothills of California. Intensely aromatic from the elevation and bright red volcanic and clay soils. Fermented using 100% whole clusters and native yeasts. Vibrant and high toned with herbaceous notes that highlight the deeper black cherry, black pepper, and ripe strawberry.
