Barman Matt Stiles Bottles the Restaurant’s Beloved Boozy Classics
(Portland, OR) Following the Oregon Legislature’s recent passing of the bill allowing restaurants and bars to sell cocktails to-go, 3 Doors Down Café is now bottling and selling many of the restaurant’s stellar classic drinks for takeout only. The restaurant is open from 4pm-8pm, Wednesday-Sunday for takeout and delivery. Matt Stiles, the man shaking the cocktails behind the bar for the past 23 years has curated six delicious boozy concoctions that can be enjoyed at home. The cocktails are pre-mixed as single servings and come in 5oz bottles. Guests are allowed to order two cocktails with every food item placed.
