10% off our spice of the month + Tasty recipes from Sarah Marshall

February 27, 2019

Introducing Sarah Marshall and our Spice of the Month Feature

I’m so pleased to introduce Sarah Marshall. I discovered Sarah and her husband’s company, Marshall’s Haute Sauce, while visiting Portland, OR, last year.

I was really impressed by the Marshalls’ beautifully balanced hot sauces that are popular with the top chefs in town. The Marshalls started using our spices and we started selling their hot sauces.

It wasn’t long before I asked Sarah to start developing recipes to help show off our spices.

Each month, you can look forward to new, super tasty recipes by Sarah Marshall. And a new Spice of the Month feature.

The Spice of the Month is Green Peppercorns. Get 10% off with code through the end of March.
We know you might be feeling a little green when it comes to green peppercorns. But did you know they come from the same vines in southern India as our signature Tellicherry Peppercorns?

You’ll notice the same beautiful citrus notes, but without as much pungency. The green ones are picked a few months earlier than the black ones.

Click to automatically get 10% off our green peppercorns or just enter the promo code SpiceAsNice10 at checkout. Offer ends 3/31/19.

Green Peppercorn Fettuccine with Leeks, Bacon, and Mushrooms
You’re going to love Sarah’s first recipe! It’s probably unlike anything you’ve had before. Totally highlights the beautiful aroma of our green peppercorns. It’s got a little heat and a ton of flavor.

Green Bean Fries with Green Peppercorn Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
Keep your eyes on your green bean fries! Sarah’s bonus recipe is a ton of fun and super tasty. You’ll really get a feel for green pepper after making these recipes.

Mortars, Mills, Salt Cellars, Aprons. You might say we’re crushing it.
We’re not just super proud of our spice collection, but also the mortars, mills, salt cellars and aprons we’ve put together around them.

BTW, everything that we sell, we’ve tested at home. In fact, we won’t sell anything until we’ve personally used it. My wife is picky. And I’m even pickier. Our stuff has to look great AND perform well.

Okay, I can’t wait you for you to dig into Sarah’s recipes. Feel free to respond to this email and let me know what you think.

Buon appetito!

Scott
