As the season for our outside adventures begins to wind down in the Pacific Northwest, we wanted to share two final opportunities to get outside around the fire to learn, cook and feast with us.
Open Fire Cooking Retreat on San Juan Island October 3-6, 2022
An eleventh-hour cancellation has opened up two spots to our previously sold-out retreat at Saltwater Farm on San Juan Island. We know it’s very last minute, but if you’ve been wanting to attend one of our retreats and you’re up for the adventure, we’d love to spend next week cooking, feasting and exploring the island with you!

Open Fire Cooking Workshop at Hama Hama Oysters
For our final cooking workshop of the year, we’ll be gathering on the shores to the Hood Canal at Hama Hama Oyster Co. for a day of learning, cooking and feasting on seafood from the flames. This half day workshop will focus on open fire cooking techniques such as fire roasting, cedar planking and dutch oven cooking—and there will be mountains of fresh oysters, of course!
