Autumn flavors shine paired with standout Oregon wines from Salem
PORTLAND – Elephants Delicatessen is pleased to welcome owner/grower/winemaker Steve Parker of Trinity Vineyards, a small, family-owned, boutique vineyard in Salem, Oregon. Join co-host Nick Doughty on Wednesday, October 24th for this month’s Fireside Dinner. Executive Chef Scott Weaver’s four-course Autumn inspired menu will be paired with Parker’s diverse line up of Oregon wines. The dinners are served in the private dinning space, Elephants Garden Room, at the flagship Northwest 22nd Ave location. One 6:30 p.m. seating only, $45.00 per person. Reservations are required.
