What
Loosen up those belt buckles Portlanders, because on Friday, May 25th,The Original turns three. This party doesn’t involve cakes and candles, but there will be plenty of donuts and burgers, whether you like it or not.
To celebrate its anniversary, The Original team is bringing the infamous donut burger back, for one day only, and for FREE. So, if you never tried one, or have now finally worked off the calories to have another, stop by The Original for Happy Hour (4:30pm to 6pm) on Friday, May 25th. Belly up to the bar and order a drink and they’ll bring you a Highland Oak Beef Slider with Cheese, served on a house-made glazed donut bun. You may want to wear your stretchy pants…this is sweet and salty heaven.
Those who stop in will also have the chance to experience The Original’s brand new Happy Hour menu featuring items such as House Made Poppycock (candied popcorn, $3), Fried Pickled Veggies ($5), Highland Oak Burger (not on a donut bun, $6) and BBQ Brisket Hot Pockets ($4), as well as jello shots ($2), a daily punch and select signature cocktails. Happy Hour is 4:30pm to 6pm, Monday – Friday and is served throughout the whole restaurant, not just at the bar.
