Summer is finally upon us, and our latest cocktail menu strives to offer the very best the season has to offer: from local strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches and pluots; to the more exotic kiwi, coconut, pineapple and mango, the focus is on bright, sumptuous quaffs.
As always, plenty of homemade ingredients abound: a kiwi cordial, tamarind nectar, lemon-basil soda, mango-chipotle hot sauce. And of course, the piña colada is back! With the house cream of coconut and pineapple gomme, this overflowing glass of luscious goodness will bring the islands to you…
This menu also features some more of our new favorite project: the house spirit blends. Look, for example, to the Best of Both Worlds, Part 2: a spectacular blend of 3 rums, with house raspberry gomme, lime, honey, bitters and – of course – Miller Hi-Life. Or Down the Hatch: a classic cocktail with our own blend of four whiskeys, Combier crème de mûre and orange bitters – deceptively simple, but with layers of fruited complexity.
And the festivities would not be complete without our own take on the Scorpion Bowl. There are almost too many spirits in this punch to count, but all the more reason to share it with a bevy of friends.
