January 2, 2013 - Throughout the month of January, Salty’s restaurants are offering a special “Three Courses for $28” dinner menu to help you ring in the new year with healthier dining choices, with the budget in mind. The menu is available January 4 through January 31, Sunday through Thursday in Seattle at the Alki and Redondo Beach locations, and every day of the week in Portland at the Columbia River location. The 3 for $28 menu is available at dinner only.
The following selections are a preview of what you can expect to see on the menu.
First Course
Rock Shrimp with Mozzarella Arancini
Served with Puttanesca Sauce and Lemon-Infused Olive Oil
Second Course
Grilled Columbia River Steelhead
Served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Blood Orange and Arugula Salad with Oregon Hazelnut Vinaigrette
Third Course
White Chocolate Mousse Cup Cakes
Salty’s Signature Cake in Cupcake form, Stuffed with Raspberry Compote and Finished with Shaved White Chocolate
