Yes, We Really Are Doing an Ice Cream Dinner
Join us for a 5 course Collaborative dinner with our friends from Salt and Straw. Each course will find that common place where Jenn’s savory cooking technique meets up with the sweet nature of Salk and Straw’s creations. It’s a really unique opportunity to experience two styles of cuisine you might not normally think of together. Here’s the menu, subject to a few fine tweaks:
Cucumber soup with oregon shrimp and lemon granita
Watermelon with mint, oil-cured olives, goat milk feta and olive oil ice cream
Strozzapreti with hazelnut ice cream
Braised pork with tomatoes, bacon and sweet corn and buttermilk sherbet
Apricot and citra hop ice cream cone with caramel and hazelnut crunch
Artisan bread and melted pear and blue cheese ice cream

$60 per person, excluding beverages and gratuity
