Saint Cupcake’s owner and chief executive baker Jami Curl has only the fondest memories of her childhood summers spent scooping ice cream and is thrilled to bring some of that nostalgia to Portland! For the first time since opening in 2005, Jami is launching her ice cream creations, “Melty Goods;” available as of Sunday, July 1. The treats will be served grab-n-go style out of a trolley in front of both Saint Cupcake locations, SE Belmont and SW Morrison, for Portlanders of all ages to enjoy.
With flavors meant to complement the already adored baked goods offered at Saint Cupcake, Melty Goods will provide “cakewiches,” “cookiewiches,” “gramwiches,” and “push-it pops.” With all of the beloved ice cream shops around town Saint Cupcake’s creative goodies will be a welcomed addition to the mix. Jami is delighted to share her bakeries perspective on ice cream that focuses on the baked delights Portlander’s have loved for almost a decade!
