Dear Friends of Wafu,
We wanted to let you know that Chef Trent Pierce has debuted a new dining space called Roe. Located in the back room of Wafu, Roe is an intimate and unique dining experience. Roe focuses on modern seafood preparations and features product personally foraged by Chef Trent from the Oregon coast. Diners will be able to witness the creative process firsthand with the open kitchen located directly in the dining room.
Items can be ordered a la carte or as a four-course tasting menu for $55. For the adventurous, there is also an eight-course chef’s choice menu.
