This Friday, September 14th, from 6:00-9:00PM, winemaker and proud University of Kansas alum Chris Berg of Roots will be in residence at Storyteller Wine Company for a comprehensive tasting of his wines. There will be everything from his delicious N/V Cuveé Theo sparkling wine (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the 2001 vintage, disgorged 6 months ago) and Melon de Bourgogne to three different Pinot Noirs and an extended barrel aged Syrah from the Les Collines Vineyard in the Walla walla Valley. Amazingly, there will be no charge for this tasting. Unless you attended Kansas State or Missouri, in which case there just might be a small fee.
