Fireside Dining returns with local Autumn flavors
PORTLAND – Elephants Delicatessen is pleased to host their first ever Cheesemaker’s Dinner featuring Pat Morford, founder of Rivers Edge Creamery. Elephants’ Executive Chef, Scott Weaver, has selected a number of Rivers Edge cheeses to incorporate into this four course dinner and show off new ideas for cooking with cheese. Each course is matched with wine pairings included in the price per guest.
