Clarification: Sunday’s upcoming cookbook event is first and foremost a book signing. The attending chefs/restaurants will be on hand to talk about their recipes and autograph books. Pastaworks is providing the snacks. Estelle Imports will also be on hand to offer vinous accompaniments to the prepared foods.

With over 70 recipes for the home cook from more than 60 of the city’s most celebrated restaurants, Portland, Oregon Chefs Table is the ultimate celebration of what the New York Times calls the city’s “Golden Age” of dining and drinking. Join us this afternoon for a booksigning and reception with author Laurie Wolf and a selection of featured chefs, their recipes, and yes, some snacks. Powell’s Books for Home and Garden will offer signed copies of the book for sale.
