Portland, Ore. — Saturday, February 4th is National Pisco Sour Day; celebrate with us!
Come by between 5pm and 8pm, grab some dinner with a pisco sour and groove to a traditional live music and dance show by Luciana Proaño with Inka Jam. We’ll be offering our famous and traditional pisco sour including a FREE upgrade to top shelf Pisco Portón for only $7! ¡Viva Pisco!
Pisco is a white brandy distilled from grapes that dates back as far as 16th-century Peru. Its name comes from the Peruvian port from which the spirit was first exported. The word pisco translates to “little bird” in the Quechua Indians’ native tongue.
