Portland, OR – Pacific Pie Company will host its first monthly Sunday Supper on Sunday, June 3.
The traditional Sunday roast dinner is a favorite tradition in Australia, the home of Pacific Pie Co owners Chris and Sarah. When they lived in Australia Chris recalls gathering with friends and family almost every Sunday afternoon for a long meal and of course plenty of Aussie wine. Pacific Pie Company will recreate this lovely custom in Portland with its Sunday Suppers, to be held on the first Sunday of each month.
The first Sunday Supper will be a traditional roast lamb dinner. The three course, chef prepared meal will feature spring lamb from SuDan Farm in Canby, organic vegetables from Sweet Leaf Farm in Junction City, and sticky date pudding for dessert.
Sunday, June 3, seatings at 5pm and 7:30pm. The three course meal is $24 for adults, $15 for children 12 and under. An optional Australian wine pairing will be available.
